I love training with Proteus! Alex really pushes and challenges you, while also offering a lot of encouragement and positivity. Even on days that I am tired, sore, or unmotivated, I always feel better and energized after my workout! Plus, knowing Alex’s extensive dance background makes me feel safe to try new exercises and different types of workouts that I normally wouldn’t gravitate towards.

Being a client at Proteus Fitness has been such an incredible gift! Not only has the training been beneficial to my overall health, but the trainers (Alex and Sara) are also ballet dancers and relate to the unique physical demands of the art form.
